Making a claim

PolicyPlan is committed to giving our clients the highest standard of service, including when you need to make a claim, and we endeavour to deal with claims as quickly and efficiently as possible.

To make a claim

All insurance claims, or incidents that may give rise to an insurance claim must be reported within 48 hours by calling 0345 319 9999 or your motor policy excess will increase by £500.

To help us deal with your claim quickly, we will ask you for:

Your policy number.
A brief description of your claim.
Any extra information to support your claim.

If you can’t find your policy number don’t delay reporting the incident as we’ll be able to locate you on our systems.

We’ll then guide you through the claims process and let you know the amount of any excess that may apply.
